What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receiving of your order.

• They must be in original condition
• For clothing, unwashed and unworn
• In the original packaging with undamaged box
• Items purchased in a sale, or with a discount code are only eligible for store credit

Items exclusively sourced cannot be returned.

Are there any charges for return?

• There are no charges for return

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

 

Are your products authentic?

All our products are guaranteed authentic. We can provide additional information on original purchase receipt on request. 

Expect some sneakers to have original retail stickers & tags when purchased through our website, further proving authenticity.

Any product suspected to be counterfeit will be removed & if sold will be refunded fully.

 

Shipping Policy

We send all packages via Royal Mail or UPS on a trackable and/or signed delivery service. We aim to dispatch your item as soon as possible during weekdays. 

A personalised delivery service is available if you are living within the London area, this can get our products delivered within 0-2 days.
